• Local Delivery (Kolkata & Hooghly Region): Dispatched swiftly and often arrives within 24 to 48 hours.
• Shipping Charges: Clear delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated transparently during our phone confirmation.

3. Store Pickup Option

• If you reside nearby, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our Bhadrakali, Uttarpara store without any delivery wait time.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Because handcrafted ethnic garments are delicate, exchanges are accepted only in the rare case of genuine manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was delivered.

• Returned garments must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
